Mr Badurski, would you please shed a light on a problem concerning my 1986 TR? When accelerating easily to moderate all is well. When I push the accelerator pedal down hard in any gear or speed, I keep blowing the fuel pump fuse on oneside only.I have replaced the fuse and replaced the relay for the fuel pump. The problem continues. Any ideas? regards Mr Agave

Update on 1986 TR fuel pump. It has been determined that, the circuit board is in very poor condition. Fried!!! and beyond long term safe repair. The good news. GT Car Parts in Phoenix,Az, 1 623 780 2200 is the distributor for updated circiut boards for the Mondial,400 and TR.$975.00 exchange for your old core and external visuals are unchanged. I have ordered the circuit board and will keep everyone posted. regards Mr Agave

Update. Received call from Ron Tonkin Ferrari that the new circuit board is installed but the turn signals do not work as they should. Diagnosed as turn signal circuits are sodered together. Have put the ball back in GT Car Parts court. We will see if they step up to the plate. regards Mr Agave

Update. Tonkin did the best they could do, to repair the old circuit board, many thanks to the team at Ron Tonkin who went above and beyond the call of duty.Barely got car home when fuses blew, replaced fuses and car sits in garage. The circuit was HOT!.Unable to drive to Monterey Car Week. What a disappointment.GT Parts in Az. stepped up to the plate(with no hassle) and reimbursed me for the additional labor and shipping charged to me because of the defective circuit board and the circuit board itself. Thanks Bill. FerrParts was involved and their repair specialist got involved (thru FerrParts) to repair new circuit board.Even though the repair specialist indicated twice he had repaired and tested the board, it did not work. Tonkin installed the purportly repaired circuit board and it failed, exactly as before the repair. FerrParts has failed to reimbusre me for charges I incurred from Tonkin for install and testing of the circuit board after two emails and one phone call.
I found a gentlemen by the name of Dave Helm in Co., Scuderia Rampante. His wedsite is a must www.scuderiarampanteinnovations.com. His website contains all the solutions(and more)to problems plaguing the TR's, 400's and Mondial circuit boards.I confirmed his solutions work with several TR owners at Monterey Car Week(who already have his upgrade installed). I am preparing to remove circuit board and send to Scuderia Rampante for the upgrade.Lots of testimonials on the website as to how the entire car runs better due to proper amps running to various systems. Regards Mr Agave
